The Strong Foundation program is for anyone looking to build a strong foundation of strength using standard gym equipment.
This means you can get your training done at any gym!
The program was developed from the experiences of Dr. Tyler Desplenter as he built his strength to prepare for strongman and powerlifting competitions, and coached others to do the same.
Strong foundations are built around four main compound exercises:
- Squat
- Bench press
- Deadlift
- Clean and press
The program is designed for simplicity: four exercises, trained four times per week, for four weeks.
Whether you are just getting into strength training, or preparing your body to compete, the Strong Foundations program will help you achieve the strength your desire, no matter where you train.
